Jill Sherman

How long have you worked as a dental assistant?

Since 1986, which makes 31 years!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Solving problems, helping patients meet their dental goals, and creating beautiful smiles.

What is your job’s greatest challenge?

Keeping the doctors on schedule.

What do you love most about working at LeCroy & Barganier?

My work family and the atmosphere (cozy and fun). It feels like family with the staff, as well as with the patients!

Lauren Pierson

How long have you worked as a dental assistant?

Since 2001 (16 years).

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Being able to play a part in someone loving their smile!

What is your job’s greatest challenge?

Dodging Dr. LeCroy’s knees while working on a patient.

What do you love most about working at LeCroy & Barganier?

Awesome coworkers and a fun working environment!
